Back in the Game!

Well folks it's been ages so here's a wee update.
One year of University done and dusted, woot! Just had my last final today, great feeling. Some tough writing lessons for your humble narrator but they were well needed.
I've been taking taking care of my son full time and working part time as well so thats been a big change too.
So not much gaming for pops. I've gotten in a wee bit mind you. Jamie ran a couple episodes of D&D. Including one of the newest version. They've done a great job polishing it up and removing some of those silly charts. There has also been a couple games of X Wing, some Force on Force and of course Skirmish Sangin. The boys at Sangin have some news that I had a hand in. [Edit: Evidently I'm not in this issue. Lame.]
Just saw Fury last week and I should write a review. Short answer, very good movie, even for history students like ourselves.
Here's a couple more WIP's that I'll knock out soon.

Hey Pooch, how many points for Batman and a tumbler?
Yes that is a .50 BMG with a 40mm co-ax, or visa versa;-)

    1. Thanks Rodger, I've been checking in on your work now and again. Great stuff as usual. Loved that big house you did! Epic. I have problems with Blogger on a lot of nights after I've done my homework and get kicked off for loading slowly.

    1. Cheers Craig! Same as above for you, bloody Blogger... love your BA armies!
I'm studying History and Defence Studies as a dual at the moment. Very interesting stuff, learning heaps. Perhaps most importantly my writing is improving!

  3. Hi Adam, good to see you have some clear light ahead of you. Studies look cool, would be keen to see some of the readings for the Ancient combat stuff if you have copies? Blogger is finickety, I've had to give up commenting on blogs with any captcha/spam protection as it's basically impossible unless I am on a PC (and I am generally not). So Sorry Craig et al, it's why I never comment on yours!

    1. Hey Keane, nope that is close to the final colour. It was black originally and was some kind of comic accessory. In 1/48th scale! Just doing one class this summer, Greek and Roman warfare.
